Central Library, a one-stop place in meeting all your information needs. The Library is well equipped with latest print and non-print resources. The library is fully computerized with MasterSoft – Integrated Library Management System with RFID technology. The major focus of the Library is online/digital learning resources which will allow users to access anytime, anywhere 24×7.

HOW TO AVAIL LIBRARY FACILITY
The Students, Research scholars, Staff and Faculty members of the University can avail Library facilities. The Library is open to all who have a valid BS Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science & Technology Identity card (ID card) treated as Library membership card which must be shown at the entrance or inside the library, whenever require. Library users are privileged to access e-resources within campus and also outside the campus anytime anywhere through our off-campus access facility.

BOOKS ISSUE DETAILS
The Library follows ‘Open Access’ system, All the members are allowed to go around inside the stock area and can borrow books on their interested subjects.

HOW TO FIND BOOKS ON THE BOOK SHELVES
The best way to find the book that you are looking for is through online public access catalogue of the Library https://libcloud.mastersofterp.in/ Search the catalogue by author / title or key terms, and see what is available. Follow the Rack and shelve number of the relevant material. Most learning resources in the Library are available on open access, arranged subject wise according to Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) Scheme.
DEPARTMENTAL LIBRARY
Each School/Department has its own Departmental Library for immediate reference. The Department Library is defined as a library service unit, with collections, which is organized primarily to serve the needs of one or more academic areas and is physically removed from the main library. The books recommended by the Department will be purchased and processed by the Central Library and transferred to Department unit.

RESOURCE SHARING
Library is a member of Developing Library Network (DELNET), New Delhi, MALIBNET, CSIR-SERC, British Council Division, American Consulate Library. More than 6000 libraries are members of these networks. Hence, the library may share resources among member libraries including IITs, IIMs, NITs, Central Universities and other institute of national repute. To know about services, resources and facilities, users may attend library orientation program or may contact the Help Desk.
IT RESOURCES
Users may use computers available in the library for accessing the library resources including online catalogue of holdings and e-resources. The Campus is fully Wi Fi enabled for accessing university e-resources. A photocopier machine & printer is also available for users at nominal cost.
INTERACTIVE LIBRARY PORTAL
The Central interactive portal, which is being updated regularly. All the details of Library such as collections, working hours, rules & regulations, periodicals subscription details, access facility to e-resources, open educational resources, old questions, phd theses are made available in the Library portal.
